  • Do you make unique Christmas gifts? What are the deadlines for Christmas?

    We do! To make sure your custom gift arrives on time for Christmas, please place your order by December 15th.

  • What is your Christmas deadline for ordering?

    Christmas deadlines vary every year. This year (2025) we will process all orders placed up to December 17th and make every effort to despatch by 22nd at the very latest. However, we can't accept liability for delays and can never guarantee delivery by a particular date - including when it's a gift for Christmas. Order early and if you have left it to the last week before Christmas, you must accept a risk your order may not arrive before Christmas.

  • What are your opening hours over Christmas

    Generally we are closed over Christmas and New Year and get back to work around 3rd or 4th of January depending on how the days fall. We work flat out, 7 days a week through November and December so we take some family time over the Christmas period. If you're ordering online in this period, your order will ship during the first week of January when we re-open. Our gallery is also closed at this time.

  • My order did not arrive for Christmas

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening hours vary depending on the season. In the summer, our gallery in Kinsale is open 7 days a week, usually from 9.30am to 5.30pm. During the winter, we have reduced opening hours and close on weekends and midweek on Wednesday. If you are intending to make a visit to our gallery, we advise you to call ahead to make sure we are open.

    Yes, all orders for delivery in Ireland get free delivery based on our standard despatch lead time which is 7-9 days.
    However, if you need your order urgently, you can select a faster or express lead time which can be paid for.
